3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before nm88 processes your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This process requires you to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Bangladeshi National Identity Card or passport) and, where requested, proof of your residential address and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit. nm88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including at account registration, upon request for any withdrawal, or where suspicious activity is detected. Accounts for which satisfactory KYC documentation is not provided within the specified timeframe may be suspended.

nm88 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from nm88 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to nm88 support immediately.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nm88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nm88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are credited to your nm88 account balance within 90 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider under normal operating conditions.
• nm88 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. nm88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC verification process as described in Section 3.3.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
• nm88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any ongoing account review, security check, or investigation into potential fraudulent activity.

5.4 Currency

The nm88 platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, wager amounts, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are denominated in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in Bangladeshi Taka.

nm88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing members. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, validity periods, and game eligibility conditions, which will be published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are awarded in BDT and credited to a separate bonus balance within your account.

All sports bets placed through the nm88 sportsbook are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules published separately on the platform:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. nm88 does not guarantee that the odds displayed will remain available at the moment of processing.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently postponed or cancelled will be voided and the stake returned to the member's account balance, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• In-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during critical moments of a match (such as wicket falls in cricket or goals in football). Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be voided at nm88's discretion where the outcome was known before the bet was accepted.
